I know Bynum's not playing right now due to another knee injury, but maybe Hibbert saw it as a slap in the face that the team had no confidence in him.
If rockets somehow trade away for Hibbert for Lin or Asik, I think his mentality would improve with a change of scenery

Really, never seen anything like this. Most players drop off after a summer, I've rarely seen players have such a sudden and dramatic drop in the middle of the season.
