Bo Jackson, James Jett, Cliff Branch, Jacoby Ford, Willie Gault, and Josh Cribbs (though Cribbs wasn't really notable during his stint) are the Raiders I recognize. who is the 7th?
...history of football (not just the NFL)
Obviously no TE. Obviously the 4 is 40, the 9 is 100 yards, the 10 is 100m
QB...Michael Vick 4.2 Virginia Tech
RB...Bob Hayes Olympic gold 100m FAMU
RB...Jeff Demps 10.01 HS record holder Florida
WR...Willie McGee WR 9.1 Alcorn
WR...Leonard Scott...his 9.94 the fastest 100m ever ran by anyone who ever played football. Tennnesee
WR...Sam Graddy...Olympic siver 100m Tennessee
"B"
QB..RGIII National caliber hurdler Baylor
RB...Andrew Hopkins 9.2 SFA
RB...Trindon Holliiday 10.00 LSU
WR...Jacoby Ford 10.01 Clemson
WR...Ron Brown 10.06 ASU Olympic 4th
WR...John Capel 9.96 Florida
"C"
QB..Denard Robinson.. well he did run track Michigan
RB..Bo Jackson 4.1 Auburn
RB..Curtis ey 10.11 Texas A&M
WR..Cliff Branch 9.2 Colorado
WR..Mel Gray 9.2 Missouri
WR..James Jett 10.16 WV Olympic 4x1 alternate
"D"
QB..Josh Cribbs...any QB who can return kicks like he does has speed. Kent State
RB...Travis Williams 9.3 ASU
RB...O.J.Simpson 9.4 USC ran on a WR 4x1 team
WR...Isacc Curtis 9.3 Cal/SDS
WR...Xavier Carter 10.00 LSU

"E"
QB...Freddie Solomon while not a track guy he had great speed Tulsa
RB...Joe Delaney 9.4 NWLa
RB...Stone Johnson 9.3 Grambling WR200m/Olympian
WR...Homer Jones 9.3 TSU (daddy of the e)
WR...Johnny Jones 10.2? Texas, an Olympian
WR...J.D.Hill 9.3 ASU
Seven of those guys above were Raiders sometime in their career. We'll just use the current Niners offensive line, the best in football.
The fastest QB ever was a HS kid named Curtis Conway, he'd win Cali State in the 100 and run a 10.26 while at USC. There he became a receiver.
Since there are no white speedsters up there....
QB..Johnny Manzeil Hmmm? Texas A&M
RB...Billy Cannon 9.5 LSU
RB..Lance Alworth 9.7 Arkansas
WR..Jerry Tarr a 13.3 hurdler who ran on a WR 4x1 team Oregon
WR..John Roderick 9.3 SMU (fastest white NFLer ever)
WR..Richmond Flowers 9.4 Tennessee (world class hurdler)
No Don Beebe and Tim Dwight make the cut. Wes Welker more quick than fast. Could make a case for old time receiver Don Hutson who was a 9.8 guy while at Alabama.

My bad, I'd forgotten all about Cribbs being a Raider (not that it wasn't easy to do) so you need two guys
Sam Graddy and Ron Brown both ran on or 1984 Olympic team. They won a gold in the 4x1. Graddy took second in the 100m with Brown taking 4th. Graddy did start out as a Bronco while Brown was a Ram.
Avante, who is the fastest team on offense going into 2014, iyo?
That would be the Buffalo Bills. They have a mobile QB in Manuel, a speedy back in Spiller and the fastest stable of receivers in the league in Olympic long jumper Marquis Goodwin, Cali State 400 stud Robert Woods and HS sprint star Sammy Watkins.
Those last 4 would win the NFL 4x1 relay. All have ran on 4x1 teams.
I'm guessing all those guys are still Bills.

The fastest Rams would be...
Travis Wiliams 9.3 ASU
Ron Brown 10.06 ASU an Olympian
Ollie Matson an Olympic 400m/4x4 medalist U of SF
Eric erson a 9.4*** while in HS SMU
*** some debate over that but he had jets.
I never really thought of Josh Cribbs as having world-class speed, tbh. What set him apart from a lot of other return men was his ability to break tackles and stay on his feet after contact. One thing the Browns have consistently had over the years is good return specialists, and I would say that Eric Metcalf, Gerald "the Ice Cube" McNeil and now Travis Benjamin were/are faster than Cribbs in a straight line.
If you want to talk about speedsters that came out of Kent State you start with Gerald Tinker, who won a gold medal in the 4x100 at Munich in '72 and played on the KSU team w/Jack Lambert, Nick Saban, Gary Pinkel, Abdul Salaam, etc. (Avante may have brought up Tinker at some point in some other thread.) Dri Archer can fly as well.
I know I've done this before, it!
I'm dead serious when I say only a handful of countries can compare to the Raiders when it comes to speed. Their all time 4x1 team would beat all of Asia, the Middle East and most of Europe.
That silver & black speed
Bo Roberson 9.4 Cornell...Olympic long jump silver
Warren Wells 9.4 Texas Southern..."The Mad Bombers" main man
Cliff Branch 9.2 Colorado
Bo Jackson 4.1 Auburn
Sam Graddy 10.09 Tennessee..Olympic silver 100m
Ron Brown 10.06 ASU ...Olympic 4th
Alvis Whitted 10.07 NCSt
Jacoby Ford 10.01 Clemson
James Jett 10.16 WV...Olympic 4x1
James Trapp 10.14 Clemson
Michael Bennett 10.18 Wisconsin
Willie Gault 10.10 Tennesee...Olympian
lesser degree
Alexander Wright Auburn...NFL's Fastest Man
Rocket Ismail ND
Tim Dwight Iowa
Eric erson SMU
Stanford Routt 20.6 200m Houston
Rod Barksdale Arizona 45.6 400m
Terry McDaneil Tennessee 45.8 400m
James Lofton Stanford 27 footer/45.2r
Rod Woodson Purdue world class hurdler
Napolean Kaufman Cali State 100m champ
Justin Fargas Cali State 100m champ
There is no NFL team that comes remotely close to that, not even in the same ball park.
I wasn't implying that Cribbs had world class speed. I was looking for fast QB's, there has never been an NFL QB with even National Class speed. Only a few could even run a 100m.
Thomas Jefferson the Olympic 200m medalist is the best Kent State sprinter, Tinker (9.3) who did play in the NFL would be second. Orin Richburg the schools first National Caliber sprinter.
Dri' Archer is amazing, the cat has amazing quicks, the first time I saw him play I was stunned. As ya know he's smallish so kick returning and gadget plays/getting him out in space will be his role.
As far as the MAC goes, Hasley Crawford a sprinter from Trinidad won the Olympic 100m in 1976 for Eastern Michigan. Way back in the day Western Michigan had Ira Murchison (all 5-4 of him) he was a 10.1 WR holder and an Olympian.
