Not a fan of the ref assignments, mostly because it sets up Joey Crawford + Ed Malloy at home in a possible game 7 tbh.
Keys to victory:
Don't allow Westchimp to mug them for steals, leading to bag monkey dunks. That gets meth city fans in a froth.
On offense, don't hold ball more than a few seconds.
Don't settle for jump shots -- attack the paint.
Bench showing up.

Just heard that Ibaka is not going to defend the stretch-4 (Diaw/Bonner). He's going to stay in the paint.
Bonner can't even make 3's at home, so maybe not a bad plan.
Guess that means Perkins will be benched for Lamb/Sefolosha.
Ibaka is a lot less effective when he's not coming from the weakside. He'll still be a deterrent in the paint but it still frees up more action for the Spurs than if he was guarding Tiago.
Probably nothing, well, I have yet to decide how to watch the game - at night, or right in the morning thanks to DVR. If the latter, I'm gonna have some bread and Nutella, if you know what that isNom nom nom.
we ed... Where is SJax when you need him... Having only one true SF sucks when you have to play small...
I am well familiar with Nutella!!I was considering buying some here in Riga only yesterday. Yummy!
Hope you'll decide to burn the midnight oil to support the Spurs! I'm gonna stay up!
We'll bury them, tbh. It's been a long time coming.
At least either way the Spurs will be sleeping in their own beds in SA starting tonight and will be eating home cooking for several days straight.
I see OKC getting off to a fast start, literally. They're going to go out of their way to utilize their speed, athleticism and length advantage right out the gate. I see their defensive intensity to be stifling as well with some quick offensive fouls on our ends or turnovers. The key, of course, is for the team to weather that oncoming storm and perhaps call a quick timeout to settle down. We can't try to keep up with them in a track meet, though. Let's see if OKC can keep that intensity and energy past the first half and let the game come to them. TP has to play within himself too and not get caught up in hero ball as well as he may feel inclined to do given the hostile environment and to silence the crowd. Of course, if our 3 ball is working early, that will be a good sign. In the end, it's going to be about who can keep up their energy for a full 48 minutes while playing the smartest ball. I have faith we can pull it off but it will be incredibly hard.
where u hear that?
Riga looks amazing, right on the gulf and beautiful city.
Most gorgeous city I've ever lived in. And I've lived in Miami, Vancouver, San Francisco, and, um, Las Vegas (depending on your opinion of Vegas).
Hershey's going after Nutella with a same shaped jar.

Forget Spurs-OKC, Nutella vs Hershey's, this is the battle we all want to see.![]()
Refs have it in for Nutella. Hershey with a backdoor sweep.
Hershey to a European palatte has a weird aftertaste of human vomit.
Nutella is the GOAT, tbh.
Where are you from in the UK Cowherd? I'm an American, but got my MA in Manchester.
Source on that? Brooks got asked post game if he was gonna start Ibaka at center in Game 6 to make sure he stays in the paint so any decision made regarding that probably came from the media, tbh
London baby
Poikins guarding the stretch-4 could be a huge factor, you know, if the stretch 4 actually makes his shots...
ESPN said that Westbrook said it
If it gets ugly early or if they're up big the end of the 3rd, I wouldn't be surprised to see Pop pull the starters for the 4th to rest up and go all in for Game 7 tbh.
