LeBron actually did great on Parker, which is why the Spurs offense was clicking so much more when they weren't trying to run it through him.
This. If Parker is willing to be a full-speed decoy on offense and not worry about stats the Spurs will roll.

Still a little uneasy. As much as I'm worshipping Leonard right now, it's highly, highly doubtful he repeats that performance. Green was near perfect. We shot 32 FTs and had a historic first half and Miami still cut it to single digits, despite Lebron not going God mode. Although, Wade probably won't have another 8-12 game, so I guess it evens out somewhat. I just feel this series is going to eventually come down to whose Big 3's performs better, and Miami's is two notches better. Kawhi is gonna have to be that 4th star.

Also, will Rashard Lewis ever cool the off?
I don't think the series is over or anything, but it's evident that Miami can't beat the Spurs when Lebron isn't in God-mode, tbh..

Wade only goes off when he's being guarded by bench defenders, and his style of play isn't efficient, it freezes out the rest of the team..

The Spurs are a much more talented team than Miami when you remove Lebron, too many weapons..

It's a tough pill to swallow but Lebron demands that sort of respect

Jordan reigned and rang 6 times in an era with much tougher defense with some of the best teams and players for quite some time in the '90s era of the NBA... So no way do I think that Jordan would be stopped by Kawhi because he's faced tougher defensive compe ion.

LBJ is more individually talented than Jordan but he will never have Jordan's killer instinct and aggressive mentality — and when Bron does have that, he does tend to outplay everybody else, but it's rare that it comes out.

Kiwi shot 76.9% against all nba defender LeHype. See what happens when he truly has to play defense? This game is precisely why Melo used to bust his ass when he was a Cav.

I hope 22 year old Kiwi leaks out on every conceivable fastbreak opportunity the rest of the series. Tire his raggedy HGH-infested ass ut

Just really hope Pop uses Kawhi smartly going forward or that Kawhi doesn't become passive and defer to the big 3. Kobe fans can breathe easy now, this series isn't a Big man series. Too fast. Too much spacing. Too much ground to cover for 7 footers. So Duncan has little chance at the Finals MVP and can't be a lead dog against the Heat. 15 and 10 is all we really need from Tim.

It's a guards and wings series.

true. but if Green and Leonard weren't put into bull foul trouble, Lebron wouldn't have gone off like that. I'm hoping the higher ups realize how good Green and Leonard are, and give them more respect now in terms of calls, none of that phony foul .

It's the other way; the league now knows that if they can get at least one of Green and Leonard in foul trouble, the Spurs are in big trouble.
