Outside of the basketball case I will make later....just answer this question for now....and if you can give me a valid answer I will support Tim.
How can you legitimately cheer and root for a guy that openly quit on his country? Seriously Spur fan this guy did the unthinkable and unimaginable..should I pull up his quote again in USA Today followed by him actually making good on his promise to never play for his country again? You have soldiers dying for their country left and right and this guy quits on his because of a basketball game. A game that has earned him millions. Like a petulant child he just quit and yall continue to cheer without batting an eye. I just don't understand it. He was finally out of Pop's system, he failed and decided unless he was playing in Pop's system it wasn't good enough for him...No other player did it they all manned up accepted their bronze Medal and patiently waited for Kobe to return so they could finally start winning.
Ohh well go ahead and continue living in denial Spur fan....it's your conscience not mine
