The Spurs just didn't move the ball well in the 1st quarter. All that beautiful ball movement from games 3 and 4 was nonexistent. If Spurs start playing their game, they can overcome the hot start by Miami. Spurs are only down 7. Also, it's not like Miami shot lights out in the 1st quarter. They didn't even hit 30 points.
