    Maybe because when they showed the replay they said it should've been a goal tend. I don't know, just making a guess.

    And...as long as the other player's hand is still on the ball, I dont think it is technically considered as shot. Just a shot attempt, and a BLOCK. No goal tending. Can we put an end to that unless I am misunderstanding something. I think a color guy incorrectly made that comment, and now it lives in infamy?
