Parker is exhausted. He has to fly right after the celebration to LA to be on Kimmel tomorrow, and they probably shoot during the daytime.
So he might be clock watching hoping to get some sleep. Probably has had very little the last few days.
I'm thinking I was around a bunch of them just a couple of nights ago.

If anything, a couple of them may have been buzzed, but I didn't see any drunks
the celebration at alamodome was meh
but wgaf, spurs and duncan got their 5th ring !![]()
I don't agree with that. I thought he did a surprisingly awesome job. He was at ease with the mic in his hand in front of thousands of people. He seems to be a natural emcee.
yrah that sweet, patty told some funny ass storys. My fav was the kawhi one.
Couldn't get in to the Alamo Dome, was ready to annoy everybody with the vuvuzela.![]()
I thought Patty did a good job all things considered. He was overly faced, but speaking in front of people, especially that many, is not easy. He's a natural at it, I just think he bungled it a bit because of partying. Can't blame him. I think Manu or Bonner could do a good job as well, but Patty was good enough.
Good lord, get over yourself.
Its hilarious, people beg Leonard to show emotion, then he does, and then here come the overreactions... give me a break lol
I agree, he was showing a real genuine love for his teammates out there. I didn't like Avery all that much, but as someone else said, wgaf, they don't script this . They've been a little busy. You know, stompin' ass and all.
Just watched the ksat videos. The fan reaction was horrendous
No energy in the crowd.
Yup, crowd noise can be 100% graded on televisions.... *roll eyes*
lol fail, i was there and the place was rockin, couldn't even hear my self think...
Matty would be the best guy for the job but he didnt really contribute much in the POs and patty did a decent job
good point.
I liked Patty doing a little celebrity roast routine on some of the players. It was a pleasurable program and I do hope Patty comes back next year.
Was Pop dancing like he was in '99?![]()
Just got back from the parade and the Dome; it was ing loud.
LOL I walked to the Dome after the parade and when I got to there the police were denying access and said the Dome was completely filled. Then they started sending people to the Convention Center to watch. So I went to each cop and asked if I could just get on the grounds to catch the Park & Ride back to the AT&T Center (it was on the other side of the Dome), and the fourth cop I asked let me. So people were propping open the doors to sneak their friends in, but I didn't go because there was a cop right behind me who started chasing people down. Went to two ushers who said the place was full and they weren't letting anyone in, but the third usher didn't give a and let me in. Ended up getting a pretty nice seat even through everyone else in my section got there at 4PM.
ing badass day. Just talking lots of Spurs history with fans who bleed the black and silver and going ing nuts everytime someone passed by. The ovation Tim got was incredible where I was on the river, and of course everyone went ing crazy for Manu, Kawhi, and Tony. Loved seeing AJ and Malik.
And mother ing Patty Mills emceeing the celebration. No way he's leaving after that. We got a good PAT-TY PAT-TY PAT-TY chant going in the Dome too.
Glad to hear
how was the crowd reaction during patty's jokes? Because on tv, it seemed awfully quiet and was awkward at times simply because of the crowd
i especially cringed when he took so damn long talking about the staff, i hope it wasnt total silence on that part of his speech because it seemed it was on tv. Otherwise he was pretty decent, i wish he shared a story about the big 3 though
The Alamodome is just a ty building with awful acoustics. It was loud as in the seats, but they're so ing far away from the stage.
