I can see him as a versatile backup forward. Probably can play small ball 4. High IQ point forward. The only thing that concerns me is his defense. He has great size but is so slow. Really slow, like super slow.

Spurs don't draft athletic guys w avg iqs. McDaniel is an excellent athlete, but he is 6'6" and 200 lbs and is not a great shooter.

Just know in the future that the Spurs avoid avg iq guys in FA and draft. That why you saw them beat 3 teams more athletic than them this playoffs w 11 of 12 victories being blowouts.

I saw that too, he is so smooth that he practically glides around the floor.
He reminds me of the Iceman in many ways like how he moves in traffic.

Yes, that is what reminds me about the Iceman, just so smooth, smooth as Ice and with a finger roll like Ice too.
Hope he can play some decent defense. Ice really never could.
