    the match with france is 50/50 imo. Germany is overhyped on this forum, as should be concluded from the hard win against algeria.

    Players are a total new generation... I don't think they will be emotionnally impacted by the history of France / Germany... Plus I think Deschamps is not dumb enough to play emotional card like Felipao who spend his time talking about 1950, that puts pressure for nothing... if they are not motivated for a quarter final of a wc the better go play golf...

    People must have forgotten that no current French player was even born in 1982 (and only a few in 1986)... This psychological advantage BS is like saying France had a psychological advantage in 1982 because they cruushed Germany 6-3 in 1958 (yes they did, with 3 goals from Just Fontaine )
