I know you're a pessimist, but the Spurs are the champs that will return with the same roster(along with a 22-year old with star potential, for the first time in forever) next season..their main compe ion, OKC, didn't do anything, and Houston actually got worse(at the moment)..the Clippers added Hawes, but he's not a game changer..

It's not so much pessimism, as it is trying to be realistic. The Cavs are trying to get Love now and Okc and Houston will surely look to upgrade all the way up to next season's trade deadline. We need to keep up with this arms race as a team that hasn't repeated in its history to counter these teams' counters, tbh. I love this team as cons uted but getting Gasol would be much more than a luxury move.
