Wasn't Gasol's first option the Bulls if they were able to do a sign and trade? Would like to see how the Bulls are going to play this out. Wouldn't be surprised if Woj source is the spanish source, or just stating the obvious from earlier. Woj has been wrong before, until I hear it from Pau or the numbers I don't think it's a done deal.

Woj's tweet just reinforces what we already knew, that the Bulls are trying to S&T for Gasol. I wouldn't call Gasol-to-the-Bulls a done deal but, I'm certainly not holding my breath. Plus, who cares? Gasol was only a luxury for this team. I would like to see Gasol in a Spurs uniform but, this team can win without him.

Seriously, is there something wrong with the Spurs? Why would he rather play with borderline D Rose and gy Noah than Parker/Manu/Duncan and the rest of out international roster? I don't care either way, Pau is a got, tbh. But still.

I'm not mad that we missed out on Pau; I'm mad that I actually bought into this stupid hype and believed he would come here for the MLE. Been following this situation for hours and in the end it turned out the same as always lol. We don't need Pau and I don't give a about him ending up in Chicago because we won't even see them in the playoffs.

I'm glad we didn't get Pau. I want to see Kyle Anderson actually get to play this year, and if Gasol had joined this roster, there wouldn't have even been a spot for him. Plus, Pau is washed up anyways. He shoots way too many jump shots and 3's and has steadily regressed since 2010. The last couple years for him have been brutal. There's a reason the Lakers were constantly looking to trade him. Everyone seems to conveniently forget that once he's a free agent. But the Lakers couldn't get jack for him.

Would have been nice, but if we stay healthy we should be fine and I love, that we didn't lose any player (also not CoJo in a possible S&T).

The main things are: No Bosh staying East and Gasol going East.
