Kobe finally unable to avoid the Penny Hardaway destiny he was always bound for... He got lucky being carried by the likes of Shaq, Gasol, Artest, Fisher and Phil Jackson. Props to him learning to be a fifth wheel since he first joined the league and spinning his beta status to seem like an alpha. He had a good run as a spare tire. Best 5th wheel of all time TBH. Up there with Bruce Bowen, robert Horry and Tayshaun prince. If Manu falls off again this year, Kobe might even have a chance to reach Ginobilli status but with his Achilles he will most probably drown in the bag that is most decidedly and firmly attached to his ankle.

Greatest bench player to get the most starter minutes of all time is a great achievement. He also holds awards for most ball handling as the clock runs down to zero before jacking up a prayer, Award for gayest photo of a "supposedly" straight NBA player (yes, even gayer than Richard Jefferson), Most expensive ring bought by a beta who knows his is gonna leave him as soon as he cant make bank (gonna make MJ look like he payed a traffic ticket), and too many other awards for me to even mention here.
