I doubt he was but that doesn't mean he attacked a cop, and if you wanna play that game then the trained police officer was also pretty stupid for following a man who just kicked his ass on foot.

Why did the cop even try getting out of his vehicle in the first place if all he was doing was telling them to get off the street? If he thought they were the robbery suspects why didn't he say freeze/stop and then try to arrest them? Instead the dude somehow ends up in an altercation with a man reaching halfway through his window and ends up firing a shot. Cop must of been an idiot, tbh.
