Cavs are in the East and they're a public team, which is why they have the "best" odds..

Mavs have a good value as mentioned by the article, 30-1, 40-1... a cheap bet with nice upside
Cavs favored to win it all ? does not make a lot of sense for me... I'd take OKC before them

what do you think about Mavs ? at 30-1, 40-1 probably worth putting some change on them
It's nice value, but NBA futures don't offer as much as NFL futures in regards to getting a good ROI, tbh..
OKC is the best value IMO, $1000 nets you a profit of $5500, that's good value for NBA standards..
If it was the NFL, Mavs at 30-1 or 40-1 would probably be a no-brainer..
That would mean you would lose $1000.
Betting on NBA futures this early is stupid in the first place, although I won a couple hundred bucks off of the Spurs' le last season because they were at +1400 (implied 6.6% chance, ridiculously low for a team that was a rebound away from the le the previous year).
