Persecution shtick.
I am upset about this because my family is being harassed and terrorized by prank phone calls all the time now, one of which calls me a Spurs talk asshole and cusses out my wife, and trash is being thrown all over our front yard in the middle of the night, plus we are getting disturbing phone calls from another family in Texas threatening lawsuits because their recently deceased family member has been ridiculed on this site, and even by a Reverend friend of that family.
All because of a few very immature unclassy idiots on this site no following the rules.
What else do you want?

Yup. One would think if all of that harassment was directly related to SpursTalk that this would be the last place he'd be hanging out. Out of concern for the safety of his wife and family of course.

Agree it's stupid as to reveal your private info on a public message board. It's fine to let your best friends know more about you though (like your name, ethnicity, hometown etc...) but I only have 2-3 such friends on spurstalk tbh.

With today's technology you can record those calls. So let's hear them.

Are needed at any site where sports is talked about. That is telling everyone....save the silly bull for this forum, be serious when talking sports......and it's obvious. So just what are we suppose to be doing here other than goofing off?
I can talk football/rasslin'/track at a whole other level than anyone on any board I've ever been on, I have no equal but....who really cares, yep, nobody. I actually get more action goofing off like I do here. So why do we all come here, yep....goof off.
So we might as well just accept the fact some see goofing off as trying to bother others. As long as wee have those kinds of posters here we can't improve anything. So ya just ignore them or mess with them. What else can ya do?

No doubt this same brigade reacts the same way in real life as well.
Some people here need to lighten up IMHO, you take yourselves way too seriously for your own good, and if you don't watch out, you will start believing your own BS.
IMHO we need more, much more, humor around here sans the ridicule, but that is just how I feel about it.
