Snowpiercer - 7/10 would be higher if they put the descent of the main hero further in depth. Good movie-glad I caught it on XBMC.
13 Sins +++ 7.5/10. Good movie.

Edge of tomorrow - 6.5/10
Godzilla - 6/10
Momma Mia.
The single worst movie I've ever seen in my entire my life.
The Equalizer
7/10
The Equalizer was sick. Started off slow, but once he stopped reading books and started killing people, I was in.
Rampage: Capital Punishment 5/10
Uwe Boll is one sick . He subtly planted his own ideal within the movie. I bet he's dying to go on a killing spree himself.
Yeah The Equalizer was badass.
The Grand Budapest Hotel - 8/10. Does Wes Anderson kill off a pet/animal in all his films?
Nightcrawler - 8/10
great watch and genhall's best performance to date. Entertaining the whole way through. Rest of the cast was pretty bland, and I wish the main conflict was a bit stronger, but terrific altogether. Would definitely recommend
gyllenhall's character was something like a cross between Sheldon from Big Bang and ledger's joker. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets hardware
Dredd (2012)
6/10. Loved it. Came in with low expectations but the movie took itself seriously and didn't miss a beat in its 1 hour 30 min run-time.
It was actually surprisingly good. You get exactly what you pay for. The action sequences were very well done and the fictional world was nicely done and helped make the movie work. Keanu Reeves best work in quite some time.
Awesome, thanks. Looking forward to seeing this and Nightcrawler.
Gone Girl 7.5
Fabulous all the way until the end.
The ending was that bad.
finally got around watchin starwars1-3
that doesnt make sense, where it defies the laws of physics and gravity
a jedi can block plasma shots with its saber, but if it gets hit with it in critical spot, its no different then a 1hit kill in the end, the jedi aint immune to , its not like it has a force shield around the person
sure it can manipulate mass gravity but looking at yoda and count dougan+sith lord struggle to shift heavy objects, and its not like they can weave their hands unlimited to move around...
Anchorman 2
2/10
But I have to admit. this was funny :
Finally watched Gozilla
4/10
Holy it has to be one of the worst moviesI've ever seen, WTF did I just watch
I saw this this summer while I vacationed in the Bay Area -
it was ok to watch these popcorn movies where S.F was under attack and also catch the Spurs in the Finals -
while enjoying the awesome vibe of the bay area -
Fond memories.
Movie?
Pretty in lame but who gives a when you are buzzed and in the Bay Area - for 2 weeks straight?
Yeah I guess its kinda cool to watch SF under attack while you are there.
BTW does Hollywood hate the Golden bridge and SF?
XMEN 3 , Planet of the Apes movies and Godzilla
WTF
lol
it was cool because we also rented the 2nd planet of the apes and - saw s.f under attack again - and it was amusing to say the least
the bay area has a lot of photogenic spots and if I ever had to adapt a screenplay and make the movie happen my first choice would be the bay area and northern cali in general
also the spurs performance during that time was one for the ages and it all just fell together where it made it probably the best vacation ever for me and my family
good times
I got around to viewing "Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter" this past week. GD thing is quite enjoyable. It blends of course complete fantasy with the genuine fabric of this country's history. And it's something else to behold. I wish I'd seen it on the big screen though. When it came out I vowed not to go see it (tee, hee). It rushes a bit toward the end, as most movies tend to do, but, I highly recommend it. They play it straight down the line with a straight face and a intensely dramatic, brilliantly eerie space envelops this film.
