legit shot blocker but dude isn't much of a stretch four which the Lockets need most imho. DH + Josh would be a bad combination offensively tbh.

Everyone's talking about Kobe's historically low shooting percentages... Josh Smith's are just as bad this year. At least Kobe is old and coming off a major injury.

But, Kobe has been sold out. Smith has honky lips Van Gundy on a 50 foot tether. Can't crucify Smith without getting Stan involved. And Media will not do that.

Ha... Are you a John Berryman fan? Your writing definitely gives me that impression.

    Dream Song 14

    BY JOHN BERRYMAN

Life, friends, is boring. We must not say so.
After all, the sky flashes, the great sea yearns,
    we ourselves flash and yearn,
and moreover my mother told me as a boy
(repeatingly) ‘Ever to confess you’re bored
    means you have no

Inner Resources.’ I conclude now I have no
inner resources, because I am heavy bored.
    Peoples bore me,
literature bores me, especially great literature,
Henry bores me, with his plights & gripes
    as bad as achilles,

who loves people and valiant art, which bores me.
And the tranquil hills, & gin, look like a drag
    and somehow a dog
has taken itself & its tail considerably away
into mountains or sea or sky, leaving
    behind: me, wag.

    American poet... a great writer.
    I Googled him:::

And finally he wrote (in Dream Song #384) Berryman writes:
"The marker slants, flowerless, day's almost done, I stand above my father's grave with rage, often, often before I've made this awful pilgrimage to one who cannot visit me, who tore his page out: I come back for more,"

    Outstanding information, Bones.

I mean, who would want to live in a place where the only cultural advantage is that you can turn right on a red light?

Isn't that 's career over with the nerve injury?
I doubt it. He had a similar injury like Carson Palmer, who was out for six weeks. Right now, Jones is at about 8 weeks, so we will see how soon it'll be before he comes back. Know one knows. Just when he regains that feeling in his foot. He has been courtside at games more often recently, so that's a good sign.

To me this is the same as the ROndo move. Is it a risk? Yes. But I don t think either team was winning a le as they were built. Mavs lacked legit perimeter defense and Rondo when healthy give you that (or at least used to). Rox have great perimeter defenders but without Howard their bigs were dominated by Jordan hill, Ed Davis and Boozer (read that again). So Josh Smith is easily worth a gamble. I dont think it's a great fit but their defense will be elite and with the way Harden is playing maybe that will be enough. He is not the most reliable playoff performer but he has to be the MVP favorite up this point ...especially since he is now trying on defense. I dont buy his defensive metrics, him being so high tells me how ty those stats are ... but you can see the effort on that end and it started with Team USA and probably was spurred by that Youtube clip ... plus having Ariza, Bev Howard and Josh around should make him that much better. Look I hope howard fails and is the reason why theRox dont ring (besides McHale). but I think it would a calculated risk worth taking especially if it appeases the puss-hole Dwight. They have the potential to be the best defense since the 2008 Celts ... we shall see. The battle for Texas should be fun all season ... get your popcorn ready. Pop and his team or harmony and cohesion vs. the new Texas superpowers ...

highest bidder, they pay him what they offer, the previous team whose rescind pays the remainder
