please don't sign this fool. He'll take time away from Dmo and is a big negative on offense.
At 2 million, how do you Not sign him.

Josh Smith would be a fine pick up under the right coach. Could be a good defender, rebounder, passer and scorer if he was in the right system. Not sure he's coachable now though, I haven't paid much attention to him since he's been pigeon holed into the "great dunker" category of useless players.

I will say that Houston is stronger now than when they had Yao and TMac, and that's saying something at least. If they could get JVG back, they'd be dangerous.

What's funny is acting like Josh Smith missing shots is going to be any different than K-pap, garcia, or anyone else missing shots.

The rockets already had a pretty horrible bench.

As playoffs underachievers, we are in the same boat as fans. Let me get that out of the way. But Doc Rivers as GM is one of the biggest turds clogging the NBA drain right now. You know it and I know it. For a team that is just about hard capped, that is one ty bench and you still have the corpse of Matt Barnes starting.

As long as Kirby doesn't ring
I don't think you will have to worry about that anytime soon. He will prevent them from ringing by just playing

No argument from me. I've been wanting to blow it up since Game 5 last year.

Meanwhile, ClutchFans is ing up a storm about McFail and Josh Smith

If Smith is terrible then cut him..I agree on McHale. Bas s over there think he deserves an extension.

I think this is a solid pick up for them. If he can choose a better shot selection and play decent defense like he used to in Atlanta this will work out great

Oh ...yess!!! I forgot about the chuck and dunk offense ...could be interesting.
Their defense should be 2008 Celts caliber ... potentially .

A big piece to the championship puzzle tbh. Rockets are deep and very talented now. Steal City.

lol calm down. Getting past the first seems to be a task already, and we don't know if Smith is motivated

I doubt that he isn't motivated. He has never been on a team as good as this. The only teams that scare me in the first round are the Thunder (Durant the gawd) and Spurs (playoff Spurs). Not worried about any of the other teams really. If they don't make it past the 1st this year, then it's time to blow it up.
