The problem with Kobe is that he's spent his career trying to be like Mike, but because he's such a weak copy it's hard to respect him and his little acting job. It was sad seeing him pass Michael's scoring mark without anyone mentioning that you'd need to tack another 4K points on Mike's total had he not taken a break to pretend to be a baseball player.
