Kobe having a good game is like winning the le for Lakers fans these days.
YEP, they are not going anywhere and they are only Kobe fans in reality so his stats are the world to them these days . They even talk about other teams but forget their team is a horrible team and out of the playoffs already basically. Every good game they will post it but duck and dodge when a 1-14 night comes in which it did. The also don't acknowledge his 37% and also his efficiency rating this year, it's beyond comprehension for them to face.

TBH, when Kirby takes good decisions on the court, he is a heck of player

Too bad it rarely happens, especially off the court in Colorado

Spurs will make the playoffs. You know it. I know it. We also know that kobe will have missed the playoffs two times in a row. Does any other "all time great" have that black mark on his resume? After this season kobe's legaCy is deep fried. Meanwhile Timmy might win dpoy.
    Michael Jordan
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (albeit 2nd one to injury)

MJ missed the playoffs twice playing on teams as bad as Kirby's and Kareem missed the POs in his prime lol

If you're gonna take that approach then Kobe's highs are much higher than Jim's and Jim's lows are much lower than Kobe's. You dare to compare?

Spurs fan, you gotta give respect where respect is due.

Kobe is putting up numbers similar to what victor oladipo and MCW did when all you are expecting is 40% shooting in a loss these days from him.

It's something to celebrate for laker fans these days. Stop being such wusses.

Yes, it did - when our Men's Olympic teams were lead by Spurs***. That's happened two times in Olympic history. Robinson is a 1988 Olympian (Bronze Medal). Jim was a 2004 Olympian (Bronze Medal). Hence B2B Bronzes.

***1992, 1996, 2008, and 2012 Gold Medal winning teams were all lead by Lakers.

David Robinson was the best performer on the 1996 team, ergo, the team leader. Also, you're forgetting who won the Gold in '04. Hint: It was a country led by a Spur.

And Magic was a charity inclusion in 92. He didn't lead . Just like Kirby didn't lead anything, shooting 30% against Angola and getting outplayed by Rudy Fernandez in the Gold Medal game.

    So, boiled down:

Gold medals won by teams led by Spur players: 2

Golds won by teams led by Lakers players: 0

Robinson was better than Shaq in 1996 - who knew?

You can't claim Manure winning Gold at the expense of Tammy. It doesn't work like that .

Magic was a team captain in 1992. That qualifies him as a leader. He's probably the best leader in NBA history tbh.

Yes. He was the MVP the previous year, while Shaq was trying to figure out how to not get swept. David got the most minutes minutes out of any center on the '96 team and led them in scoring. That=Leader.

That doesn't make any sense. Manu is a Spur. He led Argentina to a Gold medal, therefore, A Spur led a team to a Gold medal.

Magic was an "honorary captain." What other "leader" plays the second least amount of minutes on a team

    As it stands:

    2>0

A Laker has never led a national team to a gold medal. Pau came close twice, though

That's right, Robinson was MVP. Maybe he shouldn't have won it...

...because it pissed off Hakeem "The Nightmare" Olajuwn

A Spur giving up his American cookie against another Spur is embarrassing. Beat him into submission. His leadership failed America. Permanent stain on his legacy. He became the 2nd Spur (vs. NO Lakers) that "won" a Bronze Medal. -2004 points for that whack ass

Magic's leadership is unquestionably better than any player in NBA history. "Honorary" or notPERIOD

PS - would Logo have traded Shaq for Robinsn? no. Bragging about a popularity contest as justification that Robinson at anytime being better than Shaq. SMH
