    No he sucks.

He had one fluke series against the Spurs in the WCF (which got him paid imo) and since then he's been garbage.

I think the Grizzlies were hoping he would be a 3 and D guy for them, but he can't shoot and he's not a defensive stopper. TBH I don't think he excels at anything.
Yah that's what I remember from him, that series. Anyway, Jeff Green is a huge upgrade for you. I assume he slips right into the starting line up with a solid VC backing him up?

He could possibly start although I wouldn't be surprise to see him come off the bench on the first game like Houston did with Josh Smith.

Pelicans win the trade by finally removing one of the worst players in NBA history from their roster..

I wonder how long the "Tom Rivers's son card" will allow him to remain on NBA rosters..
Not sure how the Pelicans won the trade when they got back the worst player in the trade and he's on the books til 2018.

Lot of teams making irrelevant moves so far this season. Props to Doc for finding one of the few worse players than Dumbo Farmar tbh.

Ayres and Daye for Bullock/Wilcox (using De Colo TE) and Udoh. Then Ayres and a second for Rivers.

Celts get their expiring. Clips get their player. Spurs get a decent TE for Ayres and get a young big who's flashed legit defensive skills along with a decent wing prospect.

Sources: Boston, Memphis and New Orleans agree on five-player trade sending Jeff Green to Grizzlies. Trade call Monday.

The Boston Celtics, Memphis Grizzlies and New Orleans Pelicans have agreed on a three-team, five-player trade that sends Jeff Green to the Grizzlies, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

The trade will send the Grizzlies' Tayshaun Prince, New Orleans' Austin Rivers and a future Memphis first-round pick to the Celtics, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Memphis will send forward Quincy Pondexter and a 2015 second-round pick to the Pelicans and the Pelicans will move guard Russ Smith to the Grizzlies, sources said. The Grizzlies held Prince and Pondexter out of Sunday's game against the Phoenix Suns.

The teams will have a trade call with the league on Monday to make the deal official, sources said.
