Practically speaking, it's not as a whole. Modern Christianity seems to be pretty peaceful and live and let live. There will always be radicals that promote violence but at the end of the day, I think the overwhelming majority of Christians just want a peaceful and stable world for everyone to live in. Some of their believes don't make sense to me but I really don't care. Just don't shove it down my throat. If some people need Christian guidance to help them live and live an ethical lifestyle, then great.
