Entertaining but too nonsensical for my taste. Funny if you don't have to listen to him more than once or twice per season; more than that and it becomes boring.

If you've ever had back problems you can certainly sympathize with the man.
How can you stand those accents? And as far as pomposity goes, Breen is as competent as any.
