well it's either cardiac arrest or seizure. I wonder if he'd ever been hit before. I imagine the first time you are really hit, it's pretty stressful and stress can cause a heart attack or seizure.
looks like he got hit in the jaw. Not sure how the hit itself could've lead to seizure.
I'm not a doctor. But i watch UFC and see guys get hit and mostly not die. So i am somewhat of an expert.
