Calf injury.
I would love if Cancereke ball hogs the whole game... heck, I would love to start a BS rumor that Pop is thinking of trading for him... probably the best way to shut down AD...
Mr. or Mrs. Bieber please change your boy's diaper!
Tyreke's game is outdated. He's only effective with the ball in his hands. His shooting has improved, but still not a good shooter. Inconsistent decision-making. Its hard to utilize a motion offense with him on the floor. Granted the Pels are a really good offensive team, but they could be better if Tyreke was a backup with Jrue and Gordon starting. Tyreke needs 4 guys on the floor who can shoot around him.
With tiago being out look for Jeff Ayers to get spot minutes on Davis. Who knows maybe he won't be a complete up and will be a positive like against the rockets.
He has had some defensive success against Davis in the past too iirc.
That will foul out quicker than I can pour out my beer into my mug.

Win: 2nd seed
Loss:screw thunder and chimp
both are acceptable tbh
Really hard to believe that the Spurs are playing for another Division le tonight. Most would not have believed it as late as the RRT.... , at that time people were wondering if they'd even make the playoffs.
Let's take care of business and start getting ready for the real season.
Spurs will come out with laser focus. They know how much harder the road will be if they lose.
If we lose after all we've done to get the 2nd seed.![]()
The Spurs record is amazing -- 20 Division les in 39 years in the league.
That means the Spurs have won their Division le, more often than they haven't won it, over an almost 40 year period.
Just to make the playoffs that often would be impressive, but to win the Division more often than not . . .
I know I'm just weird about this -- most people don't give a damn about Division les . . .
Nobody talks about this record, ever.
But, damn, hopefully they make it 21 les in 40 years tonight.
I'm with you. It is just exemplary of that continual excellence like that 50 win streak, etc. Not the ultimate goal, but does give you a good feeling knowing that the team you're rooting for takes your investment in them seriously over the long haul. A little luck in the draft doesn't hurt, either.
Some teams and their fans only have regular season success like Divisional les to remember. Phoenix I'm thinking of you.
I will be at game tonight. Of course I want the Spurs to win. But if the Pelicans win I won't be broken up. The Spurs will go on and make a run anyway, but the Pelicans really need this win. Their fans have been loyal and they are a cool young team with Anyhony Davis who has a good at ude and isn't an sshole like most young superstars.
that , we are winning tonight, LETS GO
Skip makes a good point about close games tbh...
Can't call Skip a homer... he's dropping some truth bombs. The only thing is that the Pelicans haven't played the "SPAM Spurs" this season, which is why I think the Spurs are going to take care of business tonight.
Clearly Skip didn't watch the recent Rockets game???
Last thing teams want to see are the Spurs playing with purpose. I don't think this game will be close.
