    Outside of the Warriors, I'm pretty sure the Spurs are the last damn team the Clippers (or any team for that matter) wanted to face in the 1st round..

    Just like other team's fans don't remember various key Spurs injuries in various playoff failures over the years, people don't remember how especially Paul but Griffin too have been injured and not nearly at their best for the Clippers recently in the playoffs.

    Those guys fully healthy is the biggest worry.

    Clinging on to Paul being some kind of playoff choker illusion is false and stupid. We should expect them at their best and at their best they're arguably the 4th maybe even 3rd best team in the whole league (Warriors, Spurs then Cavs or Clippers). That is so far away from being a good first round matchup SIGH.

    Spurs have clear matchup advantages on the wing and the bench.... Clippers are going to try to make it about the PF and PG, but the Spurs can't bite on that...

    Kawhi needs to have a very good series, and he will have all the advantages to do that...

    Remember that the Clippers have no bench, much like Portland last year. This is usually not a good recipe for success in the postseason.

    Tbh, everyone talks about how ty their bench is but it's been the difference in our losses to them. Crawford routinely s on the Spurs and they also are the only team that Tom Rivers Jr. actually plays well against. , Spencer Hawes and Glen Davis have murdered the Spurs too.

    Jamal dropped 26 the last time they played and the bench dropped 46 overall iirc.
