Don't think this is a shot doctor issue. Its more of a nerve/mechanical issue. Don't think a shot doctor really has much hope of recreating his shot. PASS.

Info
He was good with the Knicks on his first 2 year contract. Then he went to TO and injured his elbow - according to wikipedia "He has had several surgeries repairing the ulnar nerve in his right arm, and with constant rehabilitation, he was forced to learn a new shooting form. " - his shot deserted him. He became a deep bench guy, but has always put up a WS/48 > 0.1. This last season, his shot may have come back:
Year 2FG% 3FG% FT% 2010-11 0.556 0.393 0.769 2011-12 0.523 0.256 0.562 2012-13 0.478 0.143 0.642 2013-14 0.435 0 0.636 2014-15 0.487 0.5 0.833
Again, the Spurs have the best shot doctor in the league in Chip. For the minimum, he'd be another nice reclamation project.
