never had a yuengling until i moved out to florida. not bad for a cheap beer tbh.
The Pliny the Younger '15 edition was pretty good. I liked it better than the '14 and '13. But this will be my last time actively searching for it in SoCal. So many IPAs that taste as good if not better. So long, PtY.

i'm usually a stout guy... but Smithwicks is a pretty solid red ale
Surprisingly, it goes well with Szechuan cuisine...
Smithwicks is a good red ale. Probably gonna have some come St. Patty's...

Well Tyler has finally moved into the modern era. We officially have a draft house. Nice selection too. Couple of local brewery that make some good stuff. Cedar Creeks Fisticuffs Barley Wine is delicious.

What do you like? I love Sierra Nevada's stout, but Rogue Chocolate is my #1. I wish I could get Snake River Zonker in Texas, but they told me they only sell around Wyoming and Montana.
north coast always has good stuff. big fan of old rasputin. Old #38 is probably my favorite
Well, lada-freakin'-da! Congrats
Yeti, Brooklyn & Southern Tier Choklat
Basically, Southern Tier is my new favorite brewery. In love with Pumking and Warlock (another unreal good stout).
Old Rasputin is great . Haven't tried the other two yet.
I love that DFH90MIN
I never see Brooklyn's Stout for sale. I always see other beers from them, but never that one, which I have been wanting to try. I'll have to give Southern Tier a try man, thanks.![]()
north coast is the brewery. they're generally my go-to when i'm in doubt. they make rasputin and #38, other great stuff too
I did a tour of BKY Brewery when I visted. So awesome. It took all of my tickets though for that one pourSouthern Tier Choklat has the best aroma I have ever smelled from a Chocolate Stout. It smells like someone shoved fresh semi-sweet cocoa bars up your nose.
Some people don't like Stouts that are more sweet than bitter, but I love Chocolate Stouts.
I also tried Founder's Breakfast Stout - it was good, but not my personal flavor. Solid though.
ive had some peanut butter stouts that were unexpectedly good
the kbs and cbs from Founder's are amazing.
Founder's doesn't do much wrong. I like the Breakfast Stout and Dirty Bas is a firm rotation beer for me.
Are you in SA or Austin, found BKY Stout in Austin.
The owner is gonna make a ing killing now
Anyone else ever try Southern Tiers Krampus?
Gotta agree with DPG though, the Choklat is some of the best stuff out there
Belching Beaver makes an awesome one.
Anyone tried Stone's Delicious IPA? I think it's their best beer they've ever brewed. My go to these days is the Deschutes Freshly Squeezed IPA.
Had it on tap at the place pictured above. Was very good indeed.
