Based on their entire season of work, though weighing more heavily for their playoff contributions, as well as the relation to their talent/skill levels . . .

Tim: A - the steady guy, never too low and had some very highs in the playoffs
Manu: B - not as good a season as last one, but good production, especially during the killer december schedule
Tony: D - a season to forget, between injuries and just a poor playoff series
Kawhi: A - the reason we won 55 games this season, he also started high in the playoffs then faded
Danny Green: C - his defense was up and down all season long, IMO, and his specialty, the 3 point shot, kinda disappeared in the playoffs
Tiago: C - down season for him, mysterious injuries, just not there
Boris: B - struggled early in the season, then picked it up. Same for playoffs.
Matty B: C - just get rid of this guy.
Marco: B - surprisingly decent this season, especially in the playoffs, when not much was expected of him
Cory: B - helped the team a lot in the grueling december schedule when everybody was hurt. still hesitant at times.
Patty: B - poor regular season after coming back from injury, but probably one of the better playoff performers we had
Aron: B - did more than what was expected covering for an ailing tiago.
Pop: A - rested players, won 55 games, had the offense creating open looks. didn't like everything he did in the playoffs, but when you look at other coaches in these playoffs, he's still above most.

Duncan - A Good old reliable Tim
Tony - D- Injured and looked like he didin't give a
Manu - C+ Good in patches
Kawhi - B Didn't step it up and put the team on his shoulders when it mattered most. Needs to unleash more aggression and demand the ball
Green - B- Went missing at times. Especially when needed most.
Patty - B- Took a while to get his game back, Stepped up when needed.
Boris - B Very inconsistent year. Needs to maintain aggression.
Baynes - C+ His best season yet, hope he continues improving.
Joseph - B Covered for us well when Parker and Mills were out. Still has much to work on
Splitter - D Guy has had injured calves for a year. Had one or two good games, but very disappointing overall.
Bonner - C+ Plays his role, nothing spectaulcar.
Pop - C+ Made some stupid decisions, not his best year.

I gave him an A because of the entire season overall... that mini-run we put together at the end of the season was all largely his work, and is what kept the 55 win streak alive. If you weigh the playoffs more, then sure, a B is probably more appropriate.
