Lebron is the MVP, like I said. Some here were calling him done last year, some the year prior. They were saying he's past his prime. Looks like his prime lasts a few years.

Still, you never know what can happen at this level, but regardless the dude has gotten them back to the ECF and that's no easy feat with Kevin Love on your team. It's easier for Lebron to drag him along than to play along side him I think.

In order to win against the LeBrons, you can't be the team playing behind in the final minutes. Most of all, you have to be up 10 points in the final minutes to compensate for bull officiating bailouts. Spurs in the finals gave the Heat and the officials no type of opportunity to get in their bull rhythm last year in those last three games.

One thing that is interesting about Lebron's career is that whenever he's been eliminated it's always been to a team that has atleast an all-star calibur 7 fter. He's lost to the Piston's Wallace, Magic-Dwight,Celtics-KG,Spurs-Duncan,Mavs-Dirk. It seems that you have to have an above average 7fter to take him out. I think the Warriors will beat the Cavs but it will be interesting to see if the Warriors are the first team to break this trend.
LeBron's main weakness is a athletic shot blocker at the rim who has the explosion and more body size. It makes him have to change his shots and makes it difficult to finish through contact. Dwight was made of steel when he was with Orlando. Now he has injuries left and right.

The Magic had Dwight Howard at Center the Gortat off the bench. Pietrus/Lewis with the help.

And the announcers called it too early. Atlanta busts their ass to come back and then they lay down.

    Weird game.

I mean....LeBron is predictable in the last minutes and its sad the East still fails against him. He posts up on the inner left or right elbow of the rim or runs a high isolation from the left side at the ends of games. Its the same damn play every season.

You just do not want to be trailing because LeBron James will impose his will against you.

Yeah that's true but I would also add Duncan,Rasheed Wallace,KG all tended to bother him defensively in the paint and none of those guys are really built like steel. One thing they all had in common is their length really bothered Lebron. Your right you either needed a built super athletic rim protector like Orlando-Dwight or long lengthy 7fters like Duncan,KG,Chandler,R.Wallace to bother Lebron.

Had Smith not gone off they might have lost even without Carroll in the 4th.

Smith is going to have to be hot more than not. However, the Hawks should have played with the urgency and respect of their opponent that they would have gotten hot. When I say respect, they should have been prepared to make big shots to compensate for it. Plain and simple...they just soiled the diaper.

Jr Smith compensated for Kyrie Irving's awful game tonight. It'll be interesting to see how they'll play LeBron the next game.

Orlando never limited Lebron, he had a historic series vs. them in 2009..they won because their offense was unstoppable in that series, one of the hottest shooting stretches I can remember for a team..
