I'm looking at the Cavs...as hard as i can....and seeing they aren't really doing anything much different than they did before Its just Golden State is playing so god awful and still in the game. They're playing as beneath their compe ion as hard as they can. Their toughness is taking a huge drop. They better than this and I can't buy them being this bad.
Its getting so bad that I'm rationalizing this as NBA telling them to drop games so they could make up for some money loss.

Well, yeah, sometimes shots won't fall. The Cavs are doing a good job when they are in a position to contest/hustle for loose balls/etc...Spurs had plenty of open looks but we didn't knock em down and now we're shining shoes. No credit was taken from the Clippers though.
The Warriors aren't used to being challenged defensively. They're used to running and gunning and getting any shot they want. They're used to teams stupidly trying to run with them and GS then overwhelms those dumb teams with their talent. Houston's non-existent defense didn't prepare them for this series. It's no coincidence the only team GS faced that gave them a challenge was Memphis, a west team that actually played some kind of defense before the injury bug hit.

I know many numbskulls on this board have ridiculed the East playoff games talking about how low scoring they were and all that bull but you're seeing why right now. Superior defense and rebounding. The West is finesse and in soft. If those guys can't run and gun and actually have to execute in the half court they look as ty as any East coast team.
