The only way to know for sure is to do more study/research(group studies) on the size issue that goes along as a young man matures into a 30 year old man(this is when muscularity tops). Make casts of plaster before and after of steroid/HGH users and natural men who are clean throughout their development. And scientifically compare the results afterwards. Penis/Testosterone issues are like the most important element of the male psyche.
