Has to make him question passing up 120M. One Injury away from losing that opportunity next year. Plenty of things he has to really consider. He probably wants this to be his final move. Splitter is a good player but a pretty notable injury risk. The Spurs have never really figured out what's wrong with him. They don't know if his calf pain causes his back weakness or his back weakness causes his calf pain...

Don't get me wrong, even knowing the market was dry I'd still have done the Splitter salary dump. But damn it would have been nice to be able to hedge some bets.
As good as Splitter is, two good players who can stay healthy are probably equal to the value he would give since he's going to be an injury risk going forward.
@ Mavs, Excluding putbacks 4% of Deandre Jordan's baskets were unassisted, no way in is he worth the max.
