Is there any defensive mobile bigs out there still?
I won't be mad if they get him, but Spurs need defensive players right now..

More specifically, a rim protector. What the are we going to do if Duncan gets injured? Aldridge is actually a very solid rim protector, but he hates playing center apparently. Diaw isn't really an option. West is a solid defender but again, not really capable of playing center and protecting the rim.
Probably not for the minimum, unfortunately..maybe Biyombo but he's pretty awful offensively..
Fortunately, Green will probably start playing 30+ next year, at least..
Mills, cojo, and Manu ate going to get dropped off for 40 a game. We need a back up three.
Otoh, Duncan will probably focus on defense more now that his offensive role is going to diminish + Green will probably play 30+ after getting paid and Manu aging..
There is no shot-blocking C solution. And you don't pass on West if he's available.
Cavs frontcourt seems too crowded at this point, doesn't make sense to me unless they moved somebody.
Timmy's minutes and attempts may go down, but bet his FG% and rebound rate go up.
West will choose the Spurs
He's perfect for that wily vet role
1st unit will be much more compe ive with Aldridge
2nd unit will be lethal
in theory, byombo
Hopefully we can land Biyombo also!
Yup. Duncan will be the 4th option on offense so he can save energy for defense.
I wonder how many minutes Pop plans on giving Aldridge? My early guess is 33 or so, but it depends on how the rest of the team fills out.
West and Biyombo.
Maybe KA gets some burn at back up 3?
So this means Manu is coming back? Otherwise, they'd have the room exception to offer West. Cavs aren't a threat, as there's no minutes available for West. I doubt he wants to sit on the bench.
I hope so
How much can we offer west?
The same as the others
If the Spurs somehow sign West this will probably be my favorite Spurs team we have ever had tbh
Could the Spurs do a S&T with Cavs involving CoJo and Mozgov? If they end up getting West, they're going to need to clear that logjam a bit... and Mozgov is in the last year of his contract.
