Agree on Withey. HE was a volleyball player, so he can jump and block shots. I know this will get me pinked, but I actually would swing for the fences with Larry Sanders given how deep we are and his youth and talent on defense. No telling if he wants to play, but with all the veterans and the excitement around this team, maybe he turns his career around. He did say he wanted to play this year.

Brooks and Green aren't taking the veteran's minimum, Green isn't Spurs material anyway and Milutinov isn't coming over.

I guess Withey could be an option, but he's rail thin. A wide body would be preferable, to bang with B. Lopez, Jefferson, Howard, Pekovic, Vucevic, Okafor and Cousins.

Hasn't Brooks taken the min two years in a row? What's one more? And no one on that list concerns me defensively. Not because they aren't good players. But they aren't likely threats in the post-season. We'll see on Green and Milutinov. I think the team will want to keep a couple of roster spots open or at least openable because they're bound to get a least one more ring-chaser.
