David West to Spurs Confirmed

Teams are gonna have to sag way into the paint to contend with Diaw's playmaking and West's post game...oh, but then you have Patty Mills and Manu Ginobili just licking their chops on the perimeter.

I don't think the season is going to be the cakewalk that some people are predicting, but gottamn am I excited to see the dynamics of this team on the floor.

I totally agree with this! There is just so much offensive versatility with our roster this year!!

If most of the games are decided by early in the 4Q, then the bench is going to get minutes whether LMA wants 33 or not. It was reported one reason he wanted to be here was to extend his career. So you may as well start playing 30mpg now when you can. You'll get bigger mpg in the playoffs...maybe. LOL

Agreed. Also if the opposite team miss, it doesn't matter, they will grab tons of offensive rebounds and have plenty of extra opportunities to score against David and Boris.

Bobo & D-West are most likely not going to be paired up against mammoth frontlines. Pop will stagger their minutes so either Tim or LMA will be on the floor. In any case, the Spurs have the best rebounding small forward in the Western Conference & his name is Kawhi.

I hope but Pop played Diaw and Bonner together last season. Let me doubt it a little bit.
