Presto was an idiot three years back. Everyone knew the new TV money would raise the CaP. All he needed to do was amnesty Perkins and he could have kept Harden/Ibaka and figure things out when the CAP increased. In two years he's going to be stuck with Kanter from those four. Durant, Westbrook, Harden, Ibaka will all leave and he'll have Kanter.
