Been posting here for a while, and I can't help but notice every other thread le has the words "Laker" or "Kobe" or "rapist" in them.

It's a legit question from a genuinely interested poster, not a troll thread. Is it just like this in the off season or will we have to endure this when the Lakers are at the bottom of the WC standings?

I'm not familiar with whatever Lakers boards; but they must be pretty boring, tbh.
Besides that seriously talking about a loser team is probably only so fun; a nut ball likely doesn't have much of a chance of standing out in a sea of re s.
Ever since the "Mavcrew" left it has evolved into a Laker troll forum with guest appearances by Houston fan. If the Laker fans weren't here it would be pretty boring tbh
It wasn't a problem 5 years ago. Now NOW it's a problem? you, the Grizz, Kobe, the lakers, and anyone who sides with em.
This is a forum where the Lakers fans are always in the barrel. They've been getting the high hard one here for a few years, and some of them seem to enjoy it.
True answer is that for about 12 years we feared the Lakers for obvious reasons. Those laker trolls are a manifestation of our fears. They may be true Lakers fans but they also be spurs fans working through their anxieties by role playing add their tormentor.
While 2013 and 2014 pretty much nailed the laker, spurs rivalry shut, there are still some brain dead remainders though.
Combine that with the registration ban and you have a high concentration of Lakers fans with PTSD

Personally, I find humor on this site from all sides. My Laker Brethren (trolls or not) stay real. The Spur fans like DMC and whatnot keep the banter going. It's the offseason so of course its going to be the doldrums of forum talk, but then the NFL Forum turns up. ( New England)
