Neither was anyone involved.
Do you think it looks like a bomb?
From what i have read it was ulative.
After kid kept being evasive she thought it might be a bomb.
Decided to use caution and turn it over to those who knew more.
She did not claim to be an explosives expert.
Have any bombs used by any one any where ever looked like that?
Neither was anyone involved.
Do you think it looks like a bomb?
Using caution would mean evacuating the school.
If she thought it was a bomb, why didn't she even evacuate the room?
None that I know of tbh.Have any bombs used by any one any where ever looked like that?
yea in james bond movies from the 70's![]()
Yeah, I always wondered why the bad guys wanted the good guys to know exactly how much time they had to diffuse a bomb. You'd figure criminal masterminds would have a way to turn off the display once they started the timer.
Anyone who believes Ahmed just brought that sorry excuse of an "invention" to school to show his teacher is a ing moron.
I stayed out of this one...but i lean your side on this one....his dad is a known rabble rouser....Mark Cuban even said on Bill Mahers recent HBO show that as he talked to Ahmed his sisters were in the background coaching him on what to say and what not to say.
I think the school was wrong to arrest him and suspend him when they knew it wasn't a bomb and he repeatedly told them so....the problem is they saw this as a possible dry run....not saying that's what it was but the reality is anyone is capable of anything it's a philosophy the Israelis live by....it's better to err on the side of caution. He knew if nothing else that it would at least cause su ion the problem is the educators are just country hicks that didn't know how to handle his little cat and mouse coy game....
Sure it wasn't a bomb and was just capacitors and circuitry but it could have been used a signal point to an improvised device located somewhere else in the building triggered by a cell phone...that's my guess...
So when people say it was nothing you never really know if it was just a device that was part of a larger remote device serving as a pass through signal....that's worst case assumptions..
I think he knew there would be some questions about it..that's why he just happened to be wearing a NASA t shirt that day...to help difuse the situation by pointing to his shirt. Once he showed the science teacher in question that should have been the end of it.. seems like he was shopping a negative response until he found one....WTF was he showing that to an English teacher for? Leave that in your science class....he was asking for trouble in my view....
I know this goes against my homies view but he's old enough to know better....reminds me of that I hate s sign Bruce Willis was wearing in the ghetto in that Die Hard movie.![]()
Clock is a bit different but similar
Too many kids have died in schools recently so offending one is not a big concern if mine. What happened to Ahmed is different from general profiling of people....he brought a questionable device to school at a time when Muslims are being widely discussed. Not saying it's right but he should have used better judgement....let him try that in Isreal or in Saudi and he would have been beaten or thrown in jail....he's lucky to be in the US pulling stunts like that..everyone is on high alert...
What if he had a shirt on with the Supreme Ayatollah of Iran on the front...instead of NASA....would that change your opinion of his motive....that's why I think it was sort of a stunt...I dunno I could be wrong
Then I would know he's trolling because he is obviously Sunni.
Give the teachers a break man...no one here cares to know all those tribal differences for the most part....it could be all innocent but I also can see how some would view it as an attention grabbing stunt....
And your knowledge in explosives for a fact is not extensive.
So conclusion is, at the time of Ahmed classroom showing(s) you and 99.99 of the Ahmed blowers could not have said for a fact it was not a bomb.
Here's one guys opinion:
James Hanson, a former Army Special Forces veteran, wrote the following at Townhall.com concerning Ahmed Mohamed’s device:
… I have built and taught classes on improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and the clock [Ahmed Mohamed] brought to school is a dead ringer for the trigger used on many of these homemade bombs.
Someone get in here and rescue me....Im sandwiched in between dumpster and Fapps....![]()
So what do you think should be done at this point to Ahmed
Yeah.
A trigger is not a bomb.
Genius.
You know what also is a dead ringer for a bomb trigger?
A cell phone.
Zero tolerance!
Does it look like a bomb to you, Fabbs?
Just answer the question.
Translation: Goalpost shifted. I need proof that a real bomb was made before I stop my liberal white cucking for arabs.
MetaTranslation: Thssstaaaahhhhpp!
No, I asked Fabbs if it looked like a bomb quite plainly. I did not ask what someone else thought.
Does it look like a bomb to you, gtown?
It doesn't look like a bomb to me. I already said it isn't connected to anything that looks explosive. What part of that do you not understand?
Is your life necessary?
Nixon confessed.
If the school confesses wrongdoing and discrimination, they'll be in the same boat.
inb4 you ask me "what boat"
Nixon was in no boat at all. He was permanently lounging on the beach after being pardoned.
At this point as far as his celebrity type status, being flown to White House, flown to UN I'm like whatever.
If it helps him get a better education so be it.
As far as his lawsuit, i hope it gets shoved right up his ass along with whatever greedy lawyer takes it.
I suspect white Mom is who is behind a lot of this.
The dad in the photo looks pretty chill.
Does it look like a bomb to you, Fabbs?
