Engineering teacher yes. Where did he say he tried to impress the English teacher. Specifically the English teacher.
Chump..stop the bs..that lil dude did this just days after 9-11...ohh he's informed alright....we have a 9-11 memorial every year like clock work and it's a big deal...so even if you didn't witness it personally it permeates everything we do today even the at udes towards Muslims....which he is...he was old enough to witness and be affected by Bin Ladens death so he is definitely aware of the sensitivity involved.
I no longer give him the benefit of the doubt....he and his sister planned this...they're dad from what I've read is also a rabble rouser...he didn't invent anything at all...and like someone said maybe if he was 7 or 8 you could make the remote claim that it was cool but at 14 almost 15 no ing way....this lil nikka full of![]()

OK, she. He-she. Whatever you got.
How so?Piecing together compatible components still requires more skill than disassembled clock-in-a-box.
You haven't given an opinion.
Do you have any opinion about anything that happened in this case, gtown?
Wow. Seriously?
Anyone agree with Chump here?
I wasn't making an argument. Just an observation. You're an idiot.
incomplete comparison.

, do you guys really not understand how the question mark works in a sentence?
I mean, building a computer isn't much to crow about either. You get stuff and you plug stuff in.
I'm asking you why you think it is much more impressive than taking a clock apart and mounting part of it in a pencil case.
False equivocation.
begging the question
I agree that not one of the conspiracy theorist has proved his theory.
Begging the lol
I'm asking for an opinion, just ask I asked for yours multiple times.
I'm amused that you have no stated opinion on this subject at all yet you are following this thread so closely.
I know that building a PC from parts isn't something to "crow about" and that's precisely my point. This is something that a LOT of 14 yr olds (and younger) can do. That's why I'm specifically comparing it to disassembled clock-in-a-box.
The "clock" required a screwdriver and the correct sized box.
There is some thinking involved in parting out a PC: compatibility of parts, correct case, cable management, power requirements, performance characteristics, cooling, etc. That's how it's more impressive than disassembled clock-in-a-box, but that is a really low-bar for comparison. That's how unimpressive clock-in-a-box is.
EDIT> And that's why all the knee-jerk adulation is breathtaking.
argumentum ad infinitum
But for a kid who has never done either, would you allow that it could seem kind of cool?
Yeah at the :45 mark he says he plugged it in to show a friend. The English teacher heard the beeping and he says he quickly unplugged it.
So still, nobody saying he was trying to impress the English teacher. Including you.
That doesn't apply as you have yet to state an argument.
Do you not have an opinion about this at all?
Baldy: Is that the teacher you were trying to impress? Was that your engineering teacher?
Baby Einstein: That was a different teacher, but I wanted to impress all of my teachers.
Wow, you really don't know what any of those terms means do you?
