    Knicks are improved, but I'd be pretty surprised if they make the playoffs, even in the East..I don't think they're better than Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Miami, Toronto and Washington, and then you still have Boston, Milwaukee(if they ever get their together) and Orlando that are probably better IMO..
