No. When he replied with top 25 the "good cop" started naming retired guy names for the "bad cop" to say whether they were better than Tim. He went along with it, so he definitely understood all time. I think he just threw top 25 out as a flippant answer without really thinking about it and had trouble digging himself out of the hole.

Parker will be faking an injury per par when it comes time to produce in the playoffs. Especially if against an elite point guard.

Last game he made a couple of incredible thread-the-needle passes. This game stroking his shot. He is getting into the system and will be a great asset come playoff time.
