I'm afraid Parker is right in his assessment that nobody averages 30ppg for the Spurs any more...

It's a bad system to rely on one player for buckets. The Spurs are building a basketball machine, not an entertainment spectacle. There's a reason every coach with any logic is trying to craft teams like the Spurs. The last two les have been won by teams playing historically dominant ball. The Dubs are rolling with Curry now, but he's the best shooter in history and they would still be lethal even if he shot less.

I just checked and in the Duncan era only one player averaged more than 25ppg and it was Duncan himself and he did it only once. Actually most seasons no player averages more than 20ppg... that's what team basketball is about, whatever the Kobe fans say.
