    I think Spurs really wanted him, but they could only offer the Reggie Williams deal, 1 year and the second unguaranteed, bc they were planning to make a move on free agency. Jamychal last year was his time to get a better deal, otherwise he might have been out of the league again this season. He got the 2 years guarangeed from Memphis. I can't fault the player for having his interest first of coursel.
