Hey, I'm excited about Simmons like the rest of you guys, but he's not ready to start yet, especially not against real teams. Let him continue to grow and gain confidence off the bench while logging meaningful minutes against bottom-feeders like the Lakers.

I feel like he can be an important player in the playoffs if Chip works with his shot and he is coached on how to play against NBA screens.... I'd rather sacrifice his natural ups and downs now and see if he is ready to play important playoff minutes.

Stop with this start Simmons stuff - the geometry doesn't work. Need to pair the starters with an outside shooter. Green needs to get his stroke back or else Spurs are in big trouble. When he's hitting, his D picks up and the Spurs are a machine.
