The only time he could score was if he was really close to the basket against Porzingis. But it was obvious he couldn't post up Lopez. It seem like the only time LMA can score is on offensive rebound tip ins.

Ya Tony missed that last shot but he made 2 other big shots down the stretch. I'm surprised Carmelo didn't try and force a shot up there he was heating up in the 4th. I'm also shocked the Knicks didn't call a time out on that last play especially with how well they executed the previous play out of that time out. Win is a win I guess. Tough game against the ref's and a Knicks team that showed up to play.

Yea, Tony made the right decisions at the end. Pop had already called for plays for LMA and Kawhi and they didn't get it done. It was actually Manu coming in and Tony pouring in a few buckets. He picked his spots well in this one I thought. Everyone got shots and opportunities at the end and yes, Tony had the most favorable match up and he was rested.
Kawhi doesn't need to clap for Tony to know he's open and Kawhi knows that. Kawhi is trying to pull a defender out of the paint for Tony.

A bunch of things went the Knicks' way late and the Spurs still won. I'm actually damn proud. The Knicks had to dodge several extremely questionable no-calls against Kawhi and LMA, then hit two bailout threes, one off a lucky bounce and one well-covered.
