It was Battier, Cowboy. Two layups.

Lets be frank though:::It was Amy and her call for a divorce. It blew Tim up, he lost focus & '13 happened.
What was Kobes excuse when he gifted Celtics 17, putting you in that shadow forever? That was your opening.

Spurfan did not expect this praise coming Kobe's way. They were marching to the cadence of the media and every time a player gives Kobe his props they are forced to grind their ing teeth. They know when Jim retires no one will care. ... he's already retired. You think Pop sat him due to an injury against the Dubs? He sat his ass because he didn't want him to get embarrassed. It will be a long time before you see another Kobe. Jim is a dime a dozen system player. Plug and play all day.
You mean like Curry or even Harden.

I'm talking about game 6. Game 7, and yeah, Duncan just totally ted the bed in Game 7. 24 pts, 12 rb, 4 stl.

    Tim Duncan, C 43 8-18 0-0 8-8 4 8 12 2 4 1 3 4 +2 24

That series was lost when Pop decided to take Duncan out the final two possessions in game 6. But who cares, Spurs came back the next year and kick the living out of the Heat in the most dominate NBA Finals EVER.

No. It was lost not when Amy demanded divorce, but, when Tim resisted with all his might.

Notice how coaches and experienced journalist all praise Duncan and think he is the best player in this generation. It tells a lot about a player and person when they think Kobe is Jordan. Kobe is no Jordan. Kobe is a great scorer, a glorified Benard King. But without Fisher, Kobe has NEVER WON A CHAMPIONSHIP b/c Fisher was the leader on that team.

Duncan has been the leader on every Spurs championship team. That's the difference between Kobe and Duncan, one is a leader and one is just a great individual player. That is why Kobe absolutely bring ZERO value to his team when he isn't putting up -25-30 pts a night. And even then, he is a detriment now, because he is shooting like 25 shots a games just to get there now.

    http://espn.go.com/nba/player/gamelo...10/kobe-bryant

    http://espn.go.com/nba/player/gamelo...215/tim-duncan

Really? Then why didn't those coaches vote his tired ass on the all star team? The players and fans love Kobe. The coaches and so-called experienced jounalists like Jim. But I question that because none of them are writing any articles about how great his career has been. All we hear about is Kobe. Kobe Kobe Kobe Kobe.

Now go wipe your bleeding pussy.

I saw Jordan live and saw him demoralize opponents. He put fear into an opponent. Counterparts actually avoided playing against him. Kobe in his prime was a nice compe or but he was never the focal point or alpha. He forced it too much trying to be but he never achieved that all time level like a Michael Jordan. The only player I've ever seen strike real fear into an opponent is Curry. Relish this guy right now. Hopefully he can maintain it because he will be the only one that can truly be compared especially if he continues winning ships. Kobe is an egotistical chucker who imitated everything Jordan did. Just not as good.

So when you hear millennials say stupid like "this generations Jordan" all that means was not good enough. When you hear someone speak of Tim Duncan there is no pause or comparison. There's only "Greatest of all time".

This post makes so little sense it hurts:
    A) how could you randomly say I'm racist?
    B) if I was a closeted racist, how would you know?
    C) racist posts are posted here all day every day.
    D) why would it be ok for a racist to post upstairs and not here?
Since only D applies to you, I'll answer that: Racists here don't deny it. You compare black people to gorillas and think it's ok. At least have tge balls to own up, Chingchang

What applies to me is not your call, you are the GM of one of the worst franchise in the league, so fix your own crap before throwing crap all over.

Second, I didn't compare black people to gorillas, I didn't even compare a black person to gorillas. If you are so stupid as to being unable to tell that giving a $48.5M contract to Kobe Bryant the last two was a horrible idea, I shouldn't expect you to be able to tell what I wrote and what it meant.

Next thing you know, you are saying that I am racist against whites because I just called a white person (you) stupid.

See ching chang bing bong, that's why you belong upstairs with pulpy. Both in perpetual denial and resort to caveman retorts like taking shticks seriously. You compared a gorilla to a black man and refuse to grow a pair and admit to being racist.

I'm not going to satiate your fetish for arguments anyways, Chang-lee Sun-ko fried rice. Can't bother with a guy who will argue fire is cold if he felt the desire.

Dont be purposely stupid. Bowen pestered the out of the best guards night in and night out. Kobe routinely got 30 shooting 30 on Bowen. Nothing for the chucker to be proud of. I wish the Spurs had another Bowen type play with kawhi could you imagine the defensive dominance? Spurs would be holding opposing offense to 60 a game.
