    You would think Terrence Jones and Markieff Morris would be locks to be traded. I would also think the Mavs are desperate to add some talent as well. Maybe it's one of the above

    I think it does help both teams. Lawson isn't working out in Huston but could help the Jazz a whole lot. He could take pressure off Hayward to create so much and greatly improve their offence (if he returns to Denver form). He could then move to the bench as a sixth man when Exum comes back. I doubt the Jazz give up much for him, but what ever production the Rockets get back should be better than what they had in Lawson.
