    The Grizzlies are without question one of the worst run franchises in the entire league. They have allowed opportunity after opportunity to flip and acquire assets slip away, blown and traded away valuable draft picks, and generally amassed one of the oldest rosters in the league with almost zero young talent in the pipeline. Is there another franchise with such a bleak 7-10 year outlook?

    They made several deep playoff runs. Lots of NBA fans would kill for that kind of relative success.
